- Refunds and Exchanges: Only ticket price is refundable. No refund on internet handling fees or payment gateway fees.
- Lost or Stolen Tickets: We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep your ticket in a safe place.
- Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, we will issue a refund for the face value of the ticket.
- Event Postponement: If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued.
